As a reminder, these are the activities and points:
1)Meditation/Deep breathing – minimum 3 minutes each – 1 point
2)Drink water – minimum 8 glasses a day – 2 points
3)At least one health meal a day – 3 points
4)Workout – minimum 30 minutes a day – 5 points
Reports are due 23:59 each day. Late submissions will be ignored and points discarded for the day.
in case of multiple reports submitted within the day, only the latest one will be considered.
